The task was to design a residential building in the old city core, as an interpolation. The main focus of this project was the facade design and the good organization of apartments, given the fixed dimensions of the building. The result is a functional organization of space - a centrally located core around which everything is taking place. On the ground floor of the building is placed an exhibition space. On each floor there are 3 apartments - one bigger and two smaller, providing different typologies. On the top there is a bigger apartment - a penthouse, and the building also has a roof terrace accessible to all tenants, from which you can see the whole city, enjoy the moments together and grow the filling of community.
